The Blindfold Shape Puzzle is a thoughtfully designed tile deduction game that caters to both sighted and visually impaired players. It emphasizes rapid audio play and is inspired by the classic Windows game LAP.

The primary aim of the game is to discern the colors of the tiles on the board with as few moves as possible. The design ensures that all color groups are contiguous, eliminating the possibility of a blue tile being surrounded by green tiles. By accurately identifying the borders between each color group, players can ascertain the colors of all tiles on the board.

Players can choose from a variety of board sizes, including 2 by 3, 6 by 6, 8 by 8, and 10 by 10 grids, as well as an array of color combinations ranging from two to five colors.

The scoring system is unique in that players are only penalized; thus, scores will reflect a negative total. Players strive to achieve the highest score possible while being penalized four points for each incorrect guess and one point for each hint utilized.

For those seeking to enhance their experience, upgrade packs offer unlimited gameplay and alternative tile themes, including animal names and sounds.
